The urban renewal project of over 1200 units commisioned by the city of Hod Hasharon planned over 8 years, includes 18 building towers and 1200 units apartments. Redefining a neglected zone by transforming it into a new residential area for the city, while taking in consideration the sorroundings, we designed a new urban grid for the plot with a flexible central urban space surrounded by the residences.
