Located in the Southern Part of Tel Aviv aside the Bloomfield Stadium, the project serves as an architectural landmark and as a gateway into the stadium complex. The project features 2 residential buildings embracing a public piazza with stores and 2 levels of offices. The entire complex includes 185 apartment units, 10,000 sqm office spaces and 2,000 sqm of retail.
