Centerpoint

Located in the ‘Vaci Corridor’, Budapest most significant business location, “Centerpoint” is the largest A-Class office building in the city, offering flexible office area and a large range of services.
The entrance of the complex is determined by the towers on the corners, which hide the vertical communication cores, creating an important vertical emphasis in the spatial wall along Váci Road. The building is organized around an internal court separated by a water pool, this is where, among others, the rest areas, coffee shop and restaurant were installed.
In 2006, GTC won the prestigious award for office of the year. Years later, in 2014 there was a significant technical upgrade on the building, the result of which was a more effective and cost efficient maintenance. Thanks to the aforementioned development, Center Point was awarded LEED Gold certification in the same year.
