Medoragei Rotshtein

The emphasis in Rotshtein’s terraced buildings was to create an environmental friendly project and maintain high quality of life in the citrus field of Sharon. While preserving the balance between nature and the village of six buildings, a unique architectural boulevard runs through the ranks of the project.
Each of the buildings includes only 18 apartments of various types, which all come with large terraces of up to 44 m², created naturally thanks to the stepped façade.
