Midtown Jerusalem

The project is situated on a historical site of Shaarei Tzedek Hospital, adjacent to Jaffa Road, the very main street which connects the entrance of the city to the world famous Old City of Jerusalem. Over 1000 micro apartments, 2 40-story office towers, a 5 star 180 room hotel, retail village and public programs showcase the local charm of Jerusalem, while setting a new international architectural standard for the city. The project is centered around the preservation of the classical building which will include public functions as well as the hotel.
