Located in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Eltingen, the project creates a pedestrian passage that connects between the train, the Ostermann Square and the university campus. The architecture fuses the local vernacular architecture with contemporary construction and apartment features creating a unique timelessness. The project features 7 residential buildings on top of a parking garage. The entire complex includes 75 apartment units with gardens on the ground and balconies above. Furthermore, the project integrates a daycare for children with an outdoor playground.
